The Cultural Arts Center is home to four outstanding art galleries that showcase amazing regional and international talent. Our galleries are free, family-friendly, and open to the public! Enjoy exquisite collections by professional artists and attend opening receptions in our Gumenick Family Gallery to enjoy wine/refreshments and your chance to meet the artists! ART NIGHT! Artist's Reception at The Cultural Arts Center
Thursday, July 19, from 6-8pm

 

Join us on Thursday, July 19 from 6-8pm for a special Artist's Reception. Free event and fun for all ages!

Attendees will have a unique opportunity to explore our four galleries at this grand opening, meet and greet the artists, and discover new finds in our gift shop! A wine & beer cash bar will be available. (Bar sales will support our outreach programs.) Mark your calendar and we will look forward to seeing you at this special Artist's Reception on July 19th. Exhibits include: 

Gumenick Family Gallery - "Tall Tales & Felted Fables"
(On display July 19 – September 16, 2018)
Step into a world where imagination and whimsy create a realm where stories are felt, not told – a world created by artist Katie Crawford through watercolors and felted sculpture. 

Midway Gallery - "Vibrant Visions" 
(On display: July 16 – September 16, 2018)
Award winning artist Pat Troiani shares a collection of her work in a variety of mediums including watercolor on canvas, alcohol inks, collages, and other mixed media. 

Slantwall Gallery - "Into Their Eyes"
Kelly Johnson’s Into Their Eyes portrait series aims to connect the audience with the subject’s life, thoughts, and experiences in order to appreciate the subject’s beauty and complexities in each acrylic or mixed media work. 

Glass Doors Gallery - "Red Rooster Guitars"
(On display July 16 – September 16, 2018)
Richard Robinson, of Red Rooster Guitars, creates handmade guitars using cigar boxes, 
candy tins, license plates, and more. Each piece is as fun to play as it is to look at!
